Happy Happy Happy! Shin’ichirou actually started dating Noe without letting that stupid kiss get in the way. I’m so proud of the way he handled that whole situation too. Sorry, can’t be with you like that. I’ll forget this. Of course that hurt Aiko’s feelings. She is happy that she was able to kiss Shin, but she is terribly sad that she was rejected. She can’t have thought that she’d have been accepted. Somewhere in her she had to have known that Shin would have an obligation to his friend.

What was probably the best about this episode was all of the cute Noe shots. You’re watching and just melting whenever there are close ups of her cute face. Hiromi even comments on how Noe has a cute face. She’s kind of jealous when she says it and she realizes that she sounds a little bit like Shin’s mother. But that’s beside the point. I have to say I caught myself when I started saying that Shin’s mother is a bitch. This episode, I didn’t want to, but I saw the whole thing from her point of view and I felt bad for her. Then I went back to calling her a mean old whore.

Okay, if you’re reading this blissmo, I laughed so hard when Hiromi called Jun out on his sister complex. HA! It’s true, but I must add that his reasons for wanting to get his sister a boyfriend are probably different than you guessed. It doesn’t seem like he is getting her one so that he won’t be interested in her for being taken but so that she’ll be happy. He just seems like an overly caring older brother, one that admires his younger sister as if she was an older sister or a close friend. I don’t think he actually has sexual desires for Noe.

The whole episode was just Shin and Noe talking about Shin’s picture book about Raigomaru. The real big stuff happened at the end when Noe found the cut up and burned pictures of her mother. She had had enough and even shouted at Shin’s mom. Hiromi finally snapped and decided that she did not fit in at the house so she went to the one person she could think of immediately, Jun. She tells Jun that she wants to ride his bike. He objects at first because of the snow but agrees when she reminds him that he said he’d do anything for her. The episode ends with the two of them riding off on the bike and Noe and Shin worrying about them.

When Jun first said that he would do anything I was thinking, “Oh maybe he likes her,” but then I remembered that he was only saying that because he is willing to do anything to keep Hiromi with him so that Shin will stay with Hiromi.

In the preview to episode 9 we see a glimpse of a police car so LMFAO if they get pulled over and cross my fingers that they actually crash.
